On the 21st January POLPO Brighton and POLPO Bristol will be kicking off the weekends in style with Spritz Saturdays; a cocktail masterclass inviting guests to step behind the bar and learn how to create three of our signature cocktails. Sharing our tips, tricks and expertise - our cocktail MAESTROS will guide you through the steps of how to compose our flagship POLPO Spritz, local Negronis made with Brighton Gin and Bristol’s own Psychopomp Gin plus a Cynar Gin Fizz.
For £14.50, you enjoy the fruits of your labour alongside a true taste of Venice with a selection of our classic cicheti, including arancini, salmon crostini, stuffed olives and baby octopus
